Kendall is at an age that is into everything. My little chunker especially likes the pantry, as soon as she sees the door open she darts to it, maybe thinking about what else she can eat. Both of the girls are really into playing princesses with their princess castle (not sure if Kendall knows what exactly she is doing) but it still counts. I know from here on out it will be so fun seeing both of them interact with eachother.
Then, comes the battles. Right now, Taylor (my oldest) wants everything Kendall has. Taylor is smart enough to know that she can get the toy Kendall is playing with if she gives her another toy. It's working so far. But what am I going to do once Kendall doesn't want another toy, lord help me!
Yesterday, was such an epic moment! I got home from work and Taylor was napping on the couch and Kendall was wide awake. Kendall was picking on her sister trying to wake her. The funniest thing ever. I definitely know that in a few years, it won't be so funny and I'll most likely be a referee. Oh the joys. Then sometimes I like to think about the future and what it will be like having two teenagers. Will they be completely different?! or will they be so much the same (SCARY!) like their Mama?! Ahh so many questions.
Will they want to go to the same college together and be roomates?! If so, I'm going with them! Because of their birthday's, they will only be a year apart in school which is a good and bad thing when it comes to college.
I was blessed with two sisters but they were much older than me, so I never really had anyone to play with or was close to when growing up. While at times it might feel overwhelming having two littles in the house, it is exactly what I wanted and feel completely and utterly blessed to be their Mama, now if only they can both inherit their Daddy's chill attitude!
So for now I am going to enjoy the pease and quiet playing between two sisters!
